About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Operations & Project Management Intern to join our Excellence and Change Office (ECO) team. This isn't a typical intern role; you'll be an integral part of our team, focused on improving processes, standardizing data, and enhancing internal knowledge for our technology organization.

If you thrive on bringing structure to complexity, enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and data integrity within a dynamic tech environment, you're the perfect fit. You'll use your communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, applying basic UX thinking to improve how our internal teams access and use information.

What You Will Do

Your work will be varied and impactful, giving you exposure to critical business operations:

  • Internal Knowledge & Content Strategy:

    • Synthesize feedback from various stakeholders to propose and implement improvements to our core internal documentation structure and navigation.

    • Apply foundational UX thinking to ensure content is structured for maximum usability and findability.

    • Explore and pilot innovative solutions, such as leveraging AI Agent technology, to enhance how our teams locate essential information.

    • Support the process of publishing and maintaining content on our enterprise documentation platform.

  • Process Improvement & Automation:

    • Execute the operationalization of new internal processes, including training and event management, through integration and automation with tools like Google Workspace and Slack.

    • Contribute to the logistics and planning for internal team events.

    • Assist with the evolution of our team's visual identity and brand materials.

    • Design and document future-proof processes, creating standardization checklists for data and process maintenance.

  • Data Integrity & Standardization:

    • Execute projects focused on standardizing critical organizational data, such as internal team naming conventions, by gathering, validating, and correcting information across multiple sources.

    • Engage in stakeholder communication and interviewing to validate data accuracy with team leads.

    • Support the collection and analysis of data for key internal reports related to engineering performance and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

What You Have:

  • You need to be enrolled in a Spanish University throughout the whole duration of the internship.

  • You are available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting January 2026.

  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

  • Language: Fluent English is mandatory for cross-functional communication.

  • Skills: A good foundation in the following areas is highly beneficial:

    • Strong Stakeholder Communication and an empathetic approach to gathering needs.

    • Proficiency in data handling, including Spreadsheeting and the Google Workspace suite.

    • Excellent Organization & Time Management with acute Attention to Detail.

    • Curiosity for new technologies, especially AI, and its application to internal knowledge systems.

    • An interest in Process Design and applied Project Management basics.

What You Will Learn:

This internship offers fantastic exposure and practical, career-building experience:

  • Applied Project Management and holding stakeholders accountable in a real-world setting.

  • How to operationalize and automate internal processes from end-to-end.

  • The critical Importance of Data Integrity and Data Workflow Management within a technology organization.

  • Practical skills in Survey Design & Analysis and translating feedback into actionable design proposals.

  • Cross-functional communication, Change Management, and navigating complex organizational structures.
