As Field Marketing Manager, APAC, you will own and drive field marketing across Australia as the priority market, while helping scale demand and pipeline generation across broader APAC markets, including Singapore.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Bynder’s growth ambitions in the region. You’ll design and execute regional marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate new logo acquisition, and support revenue growth—working hand in hand with Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing teams.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, you’ll bring together global strategy and local execution, ensuring our campaigns land with relevance, clarity, and commercial impact in-market.
What you will do:
- Own the field marketing strategy for Australia, with responsibility for driving pipeline, MQLs, and new business growth
- Support and scale field marketing programs across priority APAC markets, adapting approach based on market maturity
- Plan and execute a mix of digital and in-person programs, including events, executive roundtables, webinars, email campaigns, and content-led demand programs
- Localise and activate global campaigns to ensure they resonate with regional audiences, industries, and buyer needs
- Work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activity with territory plans, target accounts, and revenue goals
- Build and execute co-marketing programs with regional partners, creating joint campaigns and outbound plays that accelerate pipeline
- Act as the regional marketing partner to Sales, ensuring teams are equipped with the right messaging, content, and insights to convert demand into opportunity
- Track performance across all programs, reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and impact, and continuously optimise based on results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Marketing Operations to deliver a cohesive go-to-market strategy
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- A strong track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated marketing programs
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, with a clear understanding of MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline creation, and territory planning
- Comfort operating across multiple markets, balancing deep focus on Australia with a broader APAC mindset
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach, paired with strong execution and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with partner marketing is a strong advantage
