The Role

Working from our Amsterdam office as part of the Revenue Operations team, the Revenue Operations Analyst is the main driver of the marketing infrastructure and analytics they need to run campaigns, generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals. You are a trusted collaborator as well as an essential conduit for the insight our marketers and salespeople need to succeed. You will maintain and improve current reporting, as well as build new capabilities to gain insight into the impact of marketing & sales programs, helping to increase revenue and improve cost effectiveness.

Do you like working on a large variety of different projects? Does building a strong reporting stack energize you? Can you deduce the critical performance insights that will help steer commercial strategy and investment in the right direction? Have you already had a few years of success in B2B technology as a business analyst, marketing/revenue operations specialist, or similar role? Are you no stranger to terms like MQL, SQL, Pipeline, ARR, or Conversion rate? You’ll need to bring some analytical chops, be proficient with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Business Intelligence, be a good listener, and communicate well verbally as well as with slides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building new reports and dashboards to drive growth and efficiency for marketing

  • Maintaining and improving the existing reporting stack

  • Managing data hygiene and normalization

  • Providing insights to marketing leadership on business trends

  • Support the marketing & sales teams with their day-to-day data needs

  • Support Ad-hoc Data Analysis requests

  • Support Annual planning and forecasting

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Business Analytics, Marketing/Revenue Operations, or a related field within a SaaS environment.

  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a knack for process optimization.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B SaaS, the SaaS Marketing/Sales process, and its reporting needs.

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using data analysis software (e.g. Thoughtspot, or similar (Tableau, Power BI), and Excel) and Salesforce solutions (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - Experience with DBT/Snowflake or SQL a plus.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems efficiently.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving team success.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on execution.
