As a Continuous Improvement and Change Specialist within the Excellence and Change Office (ECO) as part of the Technology Department, you will be a key driver for operational excellence and organizational transformation. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and embedding sustainable process and organisational improvements and managing change initiatives across the Technology teams and Department.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging data-driven decision-making, effective program and project management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the overall efficiency, quality, and performance of technology delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities
Process Enhancement & Change Management: Utilize data analysis and feedback to identify systemic areas for improvement. Drive and support organizational change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, skills, behaviors and methodologies across teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and present performance data and key metrics. Use this information to support recommendations for enhancements and to quantify the success and impact of all continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategic Program Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of improvement programs and initiatives, ensuring their strategic alignment with overall business goals. Oversee the entire program lifecycle from initiation and mandate definition to final closure and lessons learned.
Project Execution and Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor complex, cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring that they are completed within set boundaries, and meet defined quality standards.
Standardization and Best Practices: Define, document, and promote best practices and operating standards (e.g., for agile way-of-working, or IT service management). This effort helps ensure consistency, quality, and knowledge sharing across all technology functions and contributes to the further scaling and professionalisation of the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or Change Management role, preferably within a fast-paced software development environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex initiatives, including both program management and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to drive data-driven decisions using metrics and KPIs.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar frameworks.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate improvement actions and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.
The ability to constructively challenge the status quo and introduce dissenting perspectives.
