What You Will Do:
We attribute a big part of our success to the talented and hardworking engineers in our tech teams. To execute our vision, we need to grow our team of engineers. The teams are agile, and we welcome both thinkers and doers.

Enjoys working on the back end and shaping the future of its architecture.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD deployment environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Works autonomously and is open to exploring new technologies.
Thrives on solving the challenges of scale.
Collaborates closely with designers, product owners, and engineers to implement new features.
Values both product quality and the technology that powers it—writes clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Inspires team members through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Designs and builds robust, high-performance, and scalable applications.
Acts as an internal consultant—engages with stakeholders to understand business needs.
Troubleshoots and resolved complex issues across multiple team domains.

What You Bring:
Experience building microservices using containers, Scala, and Reactive frameworks.
BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
2+ years of experience mentoring a team of 4-5 engineers.
Experience working with server-side applications.
Strong coding skills with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS or other cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of security best practices and standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Support and QA.
