Job description:
Your mission is to help our existing customers gain more value from Bynder’s suite of products. In this role you focus on helping customers win by suggesting premiums, upgrades or add-ons that will eventually deliver more value, while generating more revenue per account.
What you will do:
Collaborate with customer success and strategic account managers to identify potential upsell opportunities
Proactively engage stakeholders/other departments/ sister brands, subbrands at customer accounts that do not presently engage with Bynder; most often you will do this through email, phone, or social media outreach.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive customer attendance at marketing events, training, and other activities to build awareness and education on Bynder’s solutions.
Conduct research on customer’s goals to align potential solutions.
Account and stakeholder mapping.
Who you are:
You have 1-3 years of sales, customer success, or account management experience; preferably within a SaaS environment.
English proficiency

You have experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.com.
Bonus if you have marketing technology and/or digital transformation knowledge.
You should be highly reliable, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn on the job constantly.
Ability to build influential relationships and to deliver results in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, committed and possesses excellent time management skills.
Additional knowledge of technology, cloud computing solutions, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS are also a plus!
Bachelor’s/Master’s preferred, but not required
